Ok. Enough.
We can go on with that pain.
But lets figure it out.
Lets own our pain instead..
We crave for privacy , don’t we?
So, if we ve got something to be most private about..
honestly let it be your pain.
Next ..
Lets get back to patterns
So this is life and this is how it runs
But atleast lets observe…👀
Yes life has to be a graph
So lets improve and have a good one!
Say..if life means ups and downs
Then what does peace of mind mean?
And can we always be at peace?
Do we need to reflect upon this?
Or does peace just comes?
Or this question means absolutely nothing to you. (i.e. irrelevant)?
So my answer here is
Yes why are we afraid to think?
I think it’s a gift and power to use.
And these are some of my views.
That came from thoughtfulness
And words I choose
And decide to lay stress upon
For that I need no daily news
But surely myself and none to accuse
If life is a pattern of ups and downs
then all we truely own is our peace of mind
So, If it is patterns vs peace
What we choose brings us at ease
So now
Ups = peace
And downs =patterns
So let’s use the power of peace to face our patterns
just like we have day and night in a day
so we wrongly say we have peace and patterns in a peace .
Right?
Only we know the power to use our brains and think wisely
Life is not all peace
Nor all patterns
During our peace we sing nicely
While patterns are horrendous
They can be enslaving
They can be vicious
Starting from our reactions to those who provoke us
Are we that humble and dont know our own selves?
In the true sense of wisdom..
When we are out of our minds
We talk in a manner of such kind.
Whereas all we want is to feel fulfilled.
But we run and run during the day which is nice
But problem comes when we do the same even at night?
So lets realise the difference
Peace =day actually
And night =pattern
Or it can be visa versa
Peace =night and
Day =pattern for some..
I dont know if that matters even
Getting back to patterns
Which are nothing
but our compulsive nature
Which we wish we could break from
And sings songs to be free.
Whereas
peace is that mother residing in all our hearts
who tells us “Sweet child , you are free!”
So can we separate the two or rather unite ?
Neither patterns are truely ours – Nor peace of mind
Our only reality is
that point of truth
that we are all soul
Living in matter.
Dear Yashasvi, Life has cyclic phases of happiness and sadness, what you call here as peace and patterns respectively. The key lies in remaining steady and with a balanced mind (स्थितप्रज्ञ) under all circumstances – good and bad. When you are going through a good phase, don’t get too excited and start thinking, “Now there are ONLY good things ahead.” When you are going through a bad phase, don’t get too depressed and start thinking, “Oh, now there is nothing left in my life. I should die now”, as there is light after a dark tunnel always. However, these concept of remaining स्थितप्रज्ञ is easier said than done. It requires a lot of conscious effort, on a regular basis to attain स्थितप्रज्ञता. The closer one gets to being स्थितप्रज्ञ, the more he/she is able to achieve things and enjoy life.
Having said my concept about life, I must emphasize the point here that this article was very good indeed. Your reflection on peace and patterns and your different observations related to the topic were indeed interesting. Keep it up, Yashasvi as this type of writing can usher in यश (fame) and fortune for you, in the years to come. All the best!!
