The word “PEACE” means Freedom from anxiety, disturbance (emotional, mental, or spiritual), or inner conflict; calm, tranquillity.
One might seek peace of mind through prayer or meditation. Self-help books, religions, and various philosophies promise it.
But sometimes emotions can take over us and affect our behavior in a bad way, besides many bad effects of that state one of them is losing of your inner peace, so don’t let that happen, don’t allow other person or event to affect your emotions.
The Dalai Lama put it a little differently: “A person who harms you should be seen not only as someone who needs your special care but also as someone who is your spiritual guide. You will find that your enemy is your supreme teacher.”
