Have you ever met someone for the first time, but felt like you’d known them forever?
OR gone to a place you’ve never been before, but just knew you somehow belonged there?
Have you ever seen a movie that took place in a different time, but the setting seemed oddly familiar to you?
I want to remind that what may seem like just “weird coincidences” – are actually signs that we have lived before. Yes, I am talking about Reincarnation!!
HAVE you ever wondered who you really are? Have you ever imagined that you have lived before? If so, you are not alone. Since early times, people from both Eastern and Western cultures have pondered such questions. In their search for answers, some have turned to a belief called Reincarnation.
This is the idea that when a person dies, an intangible “soul” leaves the body and is reborn in another body—human, animal, or even plant—in one or more successive existences.
While such a belief may satisfy some people, how can we be sure whether it is true?
WHILE many scientists will dispel the notion of reincarnation as a myth, there are some credible experts out there who believe that it is a genuine phenomenon.
Reincarnation is generally a religious concept that implies that upon a select few’s deaths, their soul, mind or conscious is transferred to a new born.
It sounds like the stuff of fantasy, but some scientists do believe that it is a feasible concept.
Dr Ian Stevenson, former Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Virginia School of Medicine and former chair of the Department of Psychiatry and Neurology, dedicated the majority of his career to finding evidence of reincarnation, until his death in 2007.
Dr Stevenson claims to have found over 3,000 examples of reincarnation during his time which he shared with the scientific community.
